Consider requesting a crib in advance instead of waiting upon arrival. this can save time and reduce stress for tired little ones.

Our stay was fantastic! Just two blocks away from the shops and fun on the Magnificent Mile. The room was spacious and perfect for our family with two young kids. Plenty of great dining options nearby, and we loved the quick access to public transit.

In my wife’s opinion, the coffee maker was a bit dirty. A suggestion would be to enhance the housekeeping services for families traveling with children.

The King Room was spacious and the bed was good size, which was nice. I liked the overall cleanliness and the bathroom amenities were decent too, with quality soap and stuff. Plenty of power sockets made charging devices easy. The only thing was the breakfast situation. I wish it was included. Otherwise, pretty comfy stay.
